Gonzalo Higuain to Arsenal
Arsenal have long been linked with Higuain and now the deal
looks like it could actually happen this summer.
Arsenal will offer over €40m
for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain. The Argentina international, who has a contract at
the Sao Paulo until 2018, is understood to be unhappy with life in Naples after
the Serie A club's poor season last time out.
And
the Italian sports daily says Higuain's brother and agent will meet with Napoli
president Aurelio De Laurentiis in the next few days to discuss the player's
exit from southern Italy.
Arsenals are confident.
The final decision will rest with
the player.
