Falcao appears to have played his final game at Old Trafford.
The
Manchester United forward was substituted during his side's clash with Arsenal
at Old Trafford and he took opportunity to wave goodbye to all four corners of
the stadium before heading to the bench.
Falcao
joined the club on loan last summer and although Louis van Gaal has the
opportunity to sign the Colombian on a permanent basis he is unlikely to take
that up.
The
29-year-old has found the net just four times in 29 appearances for United,
making his £42million price tag look more than excessive.
He
was given a polite round of applause by the home fans but it is unlikely many
tears will be shed should he depart for good in June.
